Is there a monthly subscription fee?
No. eGuest is free to use for hosts and vendors. We earn only when you do.
Can I manage payments outside eGuest?
We recommend keeping payments inside eGuest for the audit trail and dispute resolution. Off-platform payments are not covered.
What happens if a booking is cancelled?
Commission is refunded proportionally based on the cancellation policy agreed between host and vendor.
